• “Courier Partners” means third-party logistics and shipping service providers integrated with our platform.

2. Eligibility

• Have the authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business (if applicable).
• Provide accurate registration details.

3. Use of Services

• You may use our platform solely for lawful shipping and business purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempts to hack, disrupt, or use fraudulent information.

4. Role of Transpo Ship

• We are a shipping aggregator and connect you with multiple courier partners for deliveries.
• We do not operate as a courier company ourselves.
• Shipping timelines, quality, and liability for lost or damaged parcels remain with the respective courier partner.

5. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide correct and complete shipping details.
• Ensure shipments comply with applicable laws, including restrictions on prohibited items.
• Pay all applicable service fees, courier charges, and taxes.
• Indemnify Transpo Ship against claims arising from incorrect shipment details or unlawful items.

6. Payments & Billing

• Payments for shipping services must be made through approved payment methods on our platform.
• Fees may include courier charges, platform fees, COD handling charges, and taxes.
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. COD (Cash on Delivery) Services

• COD settlement timelines depend on courier partners’ policies.
• Transpo Ship facilitates COD reconciliation but is not liable for delays or discrepancies caused by courier partners.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and materials on our platform are owned by or licensed to Transpo Ship. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Transpo Ship is not liable for shipment delays, damages, losses, or courier partner failures.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid for that shipment.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse the platform.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activities are detected.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transpo Ship, its affiliates, employees, and partners from claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR.
