3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines vary based on:
- Origin and destination pin codes
- Courier partner selected
- Service type (surface / air / express)
Typical Delivery Timelines
- Metro to Metro: 2–4 business days
- Metro to Non-Metro: 3–6 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

and not guaranteed.
4. Factors Affecting Delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Political disruptions, strikes, or curfews
- Flight or transport delays

- Customer refuses delivery

- Proper packaging of goods

are not liable for damages caused due to:
- Inadequate packaging
- Improper labeling
9. Serviceability

to courier partner serviceability.

- Non-serviceable
- Partially serviceable

10. Weight Discrepancy & Additional Charges
Courier partners may re-weigh shipments during transit.

between users and courier partners.
